Shared Governance

Our mission is to provide excellent higher education that is grounded in the Ojibwe language and culture of the Red Lake Nation.

Red Lake Nation College operates in a manner of shared governance. Although the Board of Regents is the governing body, RLNC committees, the Faculty Senate, administrators, and students play an important role in ensuring proper governance.
