Red Lake Nation College is thrilled to share the exciting news of our newest site in downtown Minneapolis in 2024. We are the nation’s first tribal college in an urban setting and we couldn’t be more proud. The Minneapolis-St Paul area is home to one of the largest and most tribally diverse urban Indigenous populations in the United States and we see an opportunity to serve our communities. This milestone emphasizes our commitment to providing accessible, high-quality education to tribal members and the broader indigenous communities in the Twin Cities area and beyond. Our Minneapolis site will serve as a hub for native cultural events, community outreach programs, and initiatives aimed at empowering native people through higher education and collective engagement.
