Annette earned her Masters Degree in Tribal Administration and Governance (MTAG) from the University of Minnesota Duluth and also her Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Bemidji State University.
Annette is a Red Lake Tribal Member and most recently served two terms as the Tribal Treasurer of the Red Lake Tribal Council from 2014-2022. She has more than 25 years experience in accounting and finance.
Additionally, Annette serves on the Wells Academy Board of Directors; the Bemidji Regional Development Advisory Council serving the Minnesota Public Radio; the Bemidji State Accounting Advisory Board; Advisory Committee member of BSU Accounting and Business Departments, and the Chair of the University of Minnesota Crookston American Indian Advisory Council. She also serves as a mentor to Accounting students at BSU.
